Cherries are collected and hand sorted before being depulped. After depulping, the coffee undergoes a 24-hour traditional fermentation, followed by a second 48-hour anaerobic fermentation. The coffee is then washed and dried on shaded raised beds for approximately 20 days. |

Yellow Gesha, Redefining What's Possible.
Dwight Aguilar Masias is part of a new generation of Peruvian producers reshaping what’s possible in coffee. Raised in coffee, he followed his curiosity to Villa Rica, where he refined his approach to cultivation and began working with improved varieties like Gesha and Bourbon.
His continued investment in quality led to back-to-back first place wins in the Cup of Excellence Peru (2018, 2021), earning global recognition. We discovered this Yellow Gesha while tasting in Quillabamba and committed immediately. It carries the clarity of top Panamanian lots we've tasted, grounded in a distinctly Peruvian sweetness, with the yellow variety bringing a vivid, tropical fruit expression.
