COLLECTIVE IMPACT
Wonderstate was founded with a commitment to our collective future, a focus on expanding farmer equity, and care for the places where our coffee is grown and enjoyed.
Considering our impact on people and the planet is never an afterthought. From paying farmers more to sharing profits and using solar power, every decision reflects our belief that coffee can help build a more equitable and sustainable world.

5% Giving

Profit Share
Through our annual profit share program, Wonderstate employees receive 10% of company profits: a reflection of our commitment to fairness, transparency, and shared success. Together, we’re building a workplace rooted in respect and equity, where everyone can thrive in and out of the workplace.

Paying Farmers More
We’re proud to lead the coffee industry in committing to a minimum price for green coffee purchases. By paying farmers substantially above Fair Trade standards, we help ensure stable incomes, stronger communities, and a more sustainable future for coffee.

Solar Power
In 2015, Wonderstate became one of the first solar-powered coffee roasteries in the world. Our commitment to renewable energy helps us reduce our carbon footprint and demonstrates that sustainability can be built into every part of the coffee journey.
