Our roastery in viroqua
At the heart of the roastery is our coveted, vintage 1930's Probat G-30 roaster. From there we roast in small batches, cupping as we go, in an ongoing search for the perfect expression of the bean's natural characteristics.
Since 2005, it has been our joy to share the coffees we roast here. We can't wait for you to try them and hope you enjoy them just as much as we do.
