Last Light is Wonderstate’s ode to mid-day lifts, busy afternoons, and evening indulgence.

Sometimes you don’t need the throttle all the way down, you just need a gentle boost. We crafted this blend for the “pick-me-up” that won’t send you spiraling or leave you staring at the ceiling at 2AM.

Last Light is a 50/50 harmony of fully caffeinated and water-processed decaffeinated coffees. Our Ethiopia Natural brings the spark: fruit-forward, lightly spiced, and bright. Our Decaf San Fernando is the foundation: classic, reliable, and smooth with chocolate, toffee, and toasted-nut depth.

Together, they synthesize into a cup that’s balanced, flavorful, and reassuringly steady with half the caffeine, all the character. For every moment when you want clarity, not chaos.

Half the Caff but….
Certainly NOT half on the flavor you have come to enjoy in Wonderstate’s Coffee. If you are want to decrease your caffeine intake without sacrificing your expectations I would highly recommend. Same meticulous bean roasting and attention to maxing the flavor of the bean as thier regular coffee. . Maybe another Half Caff in the Wonderstate portfolio could become reality?

Doesn’t upset my stomach
Aging isn’t fun! I don’t tolerate caffeine as well. It doesn’t give my stomach a problem or that headache that comes at times with caffeine . This is a perfect blend!

Love my Half Cafe!
If I have to cut back on my caffeine intake, this is a wonderful way to do it. Still has the wonderful Wonderstate Coffee flavor, with half the caffeine. Granted I did start drinking twice as much since it's so good, but it works out in my mind. I highly recommend Last Light Half Cafe Wonderstate Coffee, or ANY Wonderstate Coffee for that matter.

Yes - a truly delicious half caff!
Both my husband and I are sensitive to caffeine and finding a really good half caff is a bit of a holy grail moment for us. I have been making my own blends for years, but they never really live up to a really great cup of coffee. This coffee is a game changer for us.
