Frost River Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Official Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Wonderstate Coffee and Frost River Trading Co., as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM CST on September 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on September 29, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the giveaway entry form during the entry period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be void.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) Frost River backpackOne (1) six-month Wonderstate Coffee Blends Subscription (one 10.5oz bag delivered every two weeks).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. No cash or prize substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of Wonderstate Coffee. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 30, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner at a U.S. mailing address provided by the winner. Wonderstate Coffee is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

Email and Data Use

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their email address by Wonderstate Coffee and Frost River Trading Co. for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for receiving marketing communications from both companies. Entrants’ email addresses will not be shared with any other third parties. Participants may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

General Conditions

Wonderstate Coffee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wonderstate Coffee’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Wonderstate Coffee reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wonderstate Coffee and Frost River Trading Co. from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt of the prize.

Sponsor

This giveaway is administered solely by Wonderstate Coffee. Frost River Trading Co. is a participating partner but not a sponsor.
