Coffee Education: Pourover
Here in the Wonderstate we love taking the time to slow down and incorporate a pourover into our daily ritual. The control and precision that can be achieved with a pourover creates a beautifully clean and flavorful cup.
We asked our Lab Assistant and Lead Barista Trainer, Jared, for his pourover coffee recommendation. "Hands down our Organic Peru Estrella Divina. Great flavors of milk chocolate, raspberries. Nice medium body and super sweet." When pressed on what album he would listen to while brewing up a pourover he suggests "Fujiya & Miyagi - Transparent Things". 😎
