Position Overview
As a member of the production team, this position assists with all aspects of order fulfillment, including green bean handling, labeling, shipping and delivery. While on deliveries, the driver serves as an ambassador for Wonderstate Coffee and provides exceptional customer service.  

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver coffee in a timely manner to customers in the Madison and La Crosse area and other locations as needed
• Ensure sets are well stocked, faced, and clean at key grocery accounts when delivering
• Communicate with Sales and Customer Support team to relay information about customer needs and brand placement
• Ensure quality, efficient and timely completion of the order fulfillment process, including labeling, packaging, and shipping coffee 
• Complete production start up and shut down processes efficiently and thoroughly
• Fulfill wholesale and e-commerce orders accurately, ensuring shipping deadlines are met
• Follow all processes for order fulfillment and product storage to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met
• Follow protocols for handling non-organic coffee
• Load green coffee, as directed
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and well-organized workspace

• Previous experience in a production team environment preferred, but not required
• Satisfactory driving record

• Physical demands include lifting 50 lbs overhead, loading 150 lb bags and standing for long hours
• Regular driving to complete deliveries
• Schedule varies each week
• Weekend hours are required as needed
