The title should probably be Friends & Neighbors & Family, because that is exactly what Wisco Pop! is. It was started in 2012 by Caleb’s sister Hallie and her husband Austin. In 2013, they added the many talents of Mr. Zac Mathes. Hallie and Austin were some of Kickapoo’s first employees and Zac worked with us in production for a number of years.
This past fall we all had a bit of a homecoming when Wisco Pop! moved right next door to our roastery in Viroqua. It’s a lovely arrangement, coffee in the morning, a honey-sweetened soda in the afternoon…now we just need a brewery in the building and we’ll be set!
