Position Overview
The E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for customer support and logistical oversight of all Wonderstate e-commerce business and is a key contributor to strategic development in these areas. Primary job responsibilities include managing fulfillment of e-commerce sales and supporting the customer experience on Wonderstate.com. This position reports to the Production Manager and is tasked with effective cross-departmental communication with the Marketing and Sales Departments as part of the web business unit. This role offers the opportunity for big picture thinking as well as operational task fulfillment whereby the  E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator will ensure consistently high standards across platforms and work collaboratively to elevate the Wonderstate E-Commerce program.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce order processing and fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate information and ensure consistency across all e-commerce platforms
  • Coordinate with the Production Team to support efficiencies and execute excellent customer support
  • Oversee carrier relationships, evaluating services, negotiating rates, and managing integrations
  • Provide timely and friendly customer support via the hello@ inbox
  • Provide excellent relationship management with e-commerce partners 
  • Manage inventory of gear, merchandise, and web fulfillment supplies
  • Analyze performance of e-commerce business unit, monitoring sales, customer engagement,  promotional strategies, subscriptions, and shipping rates;
  • Develop e-commerce programs and policies, drawing on insight from sales and marketing, customer experience and fulfillment realities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Departments to improve Wonderstate's DTC experience.

  • Proficiency in Shopify, Wordpress and Microsoft Excel a plus
  • Strong systems thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to learn, to take responsibility for mistakes and learn from them,  and to be part of a high functioning team
  • Ability to accept feedback, self-reflect, and provide constructive feedback to team members
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, on your feet, at a high physical exertion for extended periods of time
  •  Ability to lift and move boxes of 50# repeatedly from the floor, getting up and down off of the floor repeatedly
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
    Scheduling Requirements
    • This position offers some schedule flexibility within the constraints that order fulfillment is completed within the deadlines of the roast cycles. USPS orders need to be filled and shipped by 1pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Other shipping carriers need to be filled and shipped by 4pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
    • Some tasks, such as monitoring emails, require work on Fridays and Sundays
    • There will be a periodic need of monitoring and/or troubleshooting the website outside of normal business hours.
